Product advice

How should I store my Brownies?
Brownies are best eaten on the day of arrival, and should be kept in a cool, dry place. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months and defrosted at room temperature. Each box arrives with a BBE date and storage instructions.

Can I heat my Brownies?
Of course! Who doesn't love a warm Brownie?! Depending on your microwave wattage, we advise 20-30 seconds. Best served with ice cream or a bit of Cornish clotted cream.. yum! Please be aware that any frostings on top of the Brownies will also melt.

Can my Brownies be frozen?
As mentioned previously, our Brownies freeze really well for up to 3 months. We recommend double cling filming them and defrosting at room temperature.

Are your products vegetarian?
All of our Brownies and Blondies are made without any meat products. The only non-vegetarian product we make is our Rocky Road. These contain marshmallows which contain gelatine.

Do you make GF products?
We don't currently offer Gluten Free products as all our baking is done in one kitchen and there is a high chance of cross-contamination. We highly recommend BB's Gluten Free Bakery, who have a completely Gluten Free kitchen.

Do you offer Vegan products?
We do! These are usually made in batches sporadically throughout the year. If you are interested, get in touch here and we will see what we can do!

What flavours do you offer?
Our main Brownie Cake flavours can be found on our Shop page here, but our Mixed Box and Treat Box flavours rotate every week, so there is always something different for you to try!

I want to try a particular flavour, but can't see it anywhere?
Get in touch here, and we will see what we can do!

Miscellaneous
